Cancellations by students

If you know that you are unable to attend your slot, please let us know at least 24 hours before. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice for whichever reason will result in a charge to the client for the full cost of the session. This applies to all classes whether private or group.

Cancellations by the studio

If the group class has less than three people, we will have to cancel the class. In such cases, we will notify everyone with the most notice possible. Whilst we do our best not to cancel classes last minute, sometimes we cannot avoid doing so. This might be due to technical reasons or the fact that sometimes we do not receive suitable notice of cancelations.

Mobile Phones

Kindly have mobile phones turned off, unless you are waiting for an emergency call. In such case please keep your phone on a ‘vibrate’ mode with you.

Studio Area

Kindly remove your shoes before entering the workout area. Personal items and shoes may be stored in the lockers outside or in designated places outside the workout area.

Attire

Comfortable workout clothing recommended. We work out without shoes. Socks with gripper bottoms are best for all equipment classes and individual sessions. For your convenience we sell these at the studio.

Hygiene

Please make sure to keep your hands and feet clean when using the equipment. We do not recommend using sunscreens or body lotions, since they stick to the leather equipment and cause unnecessary damage. Every student cleans equipment she/he was using before leaving after the session. This is a token of mutual care and courtesy to other people using the equipment after.

Health

We want to make sure we create safe space and prevent spreading of diseases. Please monitor your body and in case you feel you’re not in condition to come to the class, please inform us and hold back from attending.

Children

We would recommend children wait in the outside area as a courtesy to other clients during the session and for a safety reason. Pilates equipment is safe if used with focus.

Payments

All sessions need to be prepaid at the beginning of the package/month.

We operate on no refund policy. Credit for prepaid sessions that cannot be taken, can be used for online sessions or equipment.

Covid-19 measurements

We apply safety measures required to prevent the spread of Covid-19 virus. Our detailed measures are changing according to health authorities’ advice, but we’re doing our best to be on a safe side, holding ourselves to even stricter standards than advised by authorities.

Please note, that before exercising in our studio, your temperature will be checked, we’ll ask you to sanitise your hands and to sign the following declaration: “I confirm I have not been experiencing symptoms suggestive of COVID-19 nor come into contact (within last 14 days) with anyone who has.”

In case you’d have to cancel due to covid-related medical visit, test, quarantine etc, a makeup class for such absence will be granted even if it was not cancelled with 24hrs notice. Please understand it applies only to covid-related cases as we can’t offer makeup class in every case of feeling unwell if not cancelled with 24hrs notice. This cannot be extended to your family members.
